Ms Chi has over 10 years of experience in IT industry, working as a QA/QC, Project Manager before promoted to a Operation Manager. “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.” That’s what she always taught himself to working with a wonderful team, a family like Fractal. She is responsible for working with the internal and clients throughout the time that the project is in operation, from Planning, Managing timeline, Execution, Go-live to Maintenance.
